AI DIAMOND

ATHLETE STUDENT

Transform Your Students' Physical Talent into Elite Sports Intelligence

MAXIMIZE YOUR

SPORTS POTENTIAL

What is AI DIAMOND ATHLETE – STUDENT?
It is a scientific and motor extracurricular program that supports children and young people from 4 to 17 years old in their physical, mental, and emotional development. We develop key life skills through intelligent movement and structured thinking.
A child who learns better, moves better, and lives better.

How does the program work?
The full journey is divided into 2 complementary pedagogical phases, integrated within each age group (each stage lasts approximately 3 years).

Our Training Pathway

The Architecture of the Athlete of the Future

In this first stage, we build the athlete’s "operating system." We don’t focus on any specific sport, but on the 10 pillars of intelligent movement — from body mapping and balance control to understanding fundamental biomechanics (levers, chains) and the physics of movement (force, torque). This is the foundation on which everything else is built.

PHASE 1 – TOTAL ATHLETE FOUNDATION

In this initial phase, aimed at the Pre-Benjamín, Benjamín, Alevín, Cadete, and Junior groups, we build the universal foundations of the athletic body and mind. Through principles of biomechanics, neuroscience, proprioception, and motor control, children discover their bodies, improve posture, and awaken inner awareness. This stage establishes a solid common structure that serves as the foundation for all future sports and disciplines.

In the second year, students apply the fundamentals acquired across multiple sports contexts. They learn to perform kinetic transfers — such as applying the same force to a kick or a throw — master advanced coordination, and understand the physics of various moving objects like balls. This process develops versatile, adaptable athletes with motor intelligence far above average. In the third year, the focus shifts to the student’s main sport. High-precision biomechanics of each technical gesture is refined, advanced opponent reading is trained, and movements are automated under competitive stress. The goal is mastery, developing a personal “signature” that fuses perfect technique with the athlete’s natural strengths.

PHASE 2 – SMART SPECIALIZATION

This phase represents the natural continuation of each stage. Once the athletic base is consolidated, we introduce sport-specific applications. The student no longer starts from scratch but transfers what they’ve learned to complex technical gestures in sports such as paddle, football, basketball, or tennis. This allows for faster, deeper, safer, and more efficient progress. Key areas are also developed, such as decision-making, tactical awareness, emotional leadership, and real sports transfer, shaping a well-rounded and specialized athletic profile.

OF SCHOOL SPORTS TRAINING

From ages 4 to 17, the program adapts to the developmental needs of each stage, supporting students with specific, progressive goals. In the Pre-Benjamín stage (4–6 years), the focus is on guided play, basic body control, posture, balance, and laterality. In the Benjamín phase (7–9 years), proximal-distal coordination, rhythm, proprioception, and safe movement are developed. The Alevín category (10–12 years) focuses on active mobility, technical precision, body awareness, and reaction to stimuli. The Cadete stage (13–15 years) introduces applied biomechanics, emotional control, reactive strength, and multi-sport mastery. Finally, the Junior group (16–17 years) prepares for high performance, refining technical sequences, strategy, and decision-making under pressure.

The program is designed to foster a child’s holistic development through a playful, safe, and progressive approach. It promotes efficient, injury-free movement, improving posture, balance, and focus. Emotional stability and effort control are also emphasized — key elements for healthy development. Through play, students build essential cognitive skills, achieving effective transfer to any sport or daily activity. Every activity is designed to strengthen both body and mind in a balanced way.

Anatomical and physical fundamentals adapted to each age, ensuring respectful and effective development. Postural control, joint mobility, and proprioception are worked on as pillars of healthy movement. Through motor games with cognitive and emotional components, students improve rhythm, precision, attention, and decision-making. Effort management, breathing, and body self-awareness are also addressed, all essential for balanced performance. In Phase 2, the execution of sports technical gestures is introduced progressively, building a solid foundation transferable across disciplines.

All trainers are certified by AI DIAMOND COACH MOTION ATHLETE, with specialization in neuroeducation, sports pedagogy, and age-based motor development.

Each child or teen advances through levels with Diamond badges, age-specific challenges, and quarterly feedback. The goal is not to compete with others but to surpass oneself daily through knowledge and confidence.

The program is highly versatile and can be implemented in a wide variety of educational and sports environments. It’s ideal for schools, sports academies, multidisciplinary clubs, educational or recreational centers, and parent associations (AMPAs) committed to quality, meaningful education. Its adaptable approach makes it easy to integrate into institutions focused on developing children and youth holistically.
