In Module 1, Fundamentals of Intelligent Movement, you will discover universal biomechanical bases applicable to multiple sports disciplines, such as the use of levers, torque, and kinetic chains. You will learn to read the body from its bone, muscular, and sensory structure, developing a deep understanding of how the human body moves. Also, you will understand how to build a technical gesture from scratch using functional anatomical maps, and master the physical laws that govern sports movement, such as gravity, friction, angular momentum, and tangential vector.
In Module 2, Specialization by Sport, you will have the possibility to choose among disciplines such as soccer, basketball, tennis, padel, ping pong, fitness, or free movement. You will study the force transfer sequences adapted to the type of impact or contact typical of each sport, and learn to design specific exercises adjusted to different ages and levels of demand.
